By creating an account on KDSlot or using any of our services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules that may be published on the platform from time to time.

To be eligible for KDSlot membership, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration
• Be a natural person — corporate entities are not permitted to register as regular members
• Must be residing in or physically located in Malaysia when using the platform
• Has never been banned or excluded from the KDSlot platform previously
• Not on an active self-exclusion list
• Must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in Malaysia

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at KDSlot. Holding more than one account is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any compensation or refund of remaining balances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per identity card
• An active Malaysian mobile phone number that can be reached
• A valid and active email address
• Accurate date of birth

KDSlot reserves the right to verify the validity of any information provided and may request supporting documents such as a MyKad copy or banking documents at any time, particularly during the withdrawal process.

KDSlot accepts deposits via a range of secure, verified local Malaysian payment methods:

All deposits must come from legitimate funds owned by the member. KDSlot does not accept third-party deposits. Any attempt to deposit funds from unknown sources or using another person's credit or debit card is a breach of these terms.

Members may withdraw funds from their KDSlot account subject to the following conditions:

• The account has gone through the Know Your Customer (KYC) in full
• All rollover requirements for any active bonuses have been met in full
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (exceptions are subject to KDSlot's approval)

KDSlot will process withdrawal requests within 1–24 business hours. However, in certain cases requiring further review — such as identity verification or investigation of suspicious transactions — processing may take longer.

KDSlot reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and request additional verification documents if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, the member will be notified via their registered email address or phone number.

KDSlot offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members in accordance with the specific terms of each promotion
• Only one bonus may be active at a time (unless otherwise stated)
• KDSlot reserves the right to void any bonus where fraud or abuse is suspected
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash

General principles applicable to all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified, independent Random Number Generator (RNG)
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is available on its respective game information page
• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be reversed
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved in accordance with KDSlot's technical resolution policy
• KDSlot reserves the right to void any game or bet affected by a critical technical disruption

For Sports Betting and e-sports specifically, matches postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time, or cancelled permanently, will be handled in accordance with KDSlot's match cancellation policy, under which bets will typically be refunded to players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KDSlot platform and may result in immediate account closure without compensation:

• Opening more than one account under the same individual (including using different names, phone numbers, or email addresses)
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to play
• Manipulating the system or exploiting bugs in games for unauthorized gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate or cheat the system
• Money laundering through the platform — all suspected cases will be reported to the relevant authorities
• Depositing funds using another person's payment method or any unauthorised method
• Sharing or selling your account to another party
• Using the platform while on an active self-exclusion list

KDSlot reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
• False or misleading registration information
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity
• Member's own request (voluntary closure)
• Regulatory decisions or directives from relevant authorities

In the event of account closure at the member's own request, KDSlot will process the withdrawal of any valid remaining balance within 5 business days once all conditions have been met. In the event of closure due to a violation, the balance may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.

KDSlot shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Losses resulting from internet service disruptions or technical issues beyond KDSlot's control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence
• Losses or winnings not received due to technical delays in transaction processing

KDSlot's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

KDSlot takes responsible gaming seriously. We offer a range of self-protection tools to help members maintain control over their gambling habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits based on what you can afford
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum bet limit per session or per day
• Loss Limit: Set a loss limit that will automatically stop your gaming session
• Session Time Limit: Set a maximum time limit for each gaming session
• Cool-Off: Take a break from the platform for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself entirely from the platform for a period of 6 months to 5 years

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or before a competent Malaysian court.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
